Two Arrested In Little Chute Suspected of Human Trafficking

LITTLE CHUTE (WLUK) -- Two men are behind bars, suspected of human trafficking in Little Chute.

Fox Valley Metro police say they were called to a house in the 1300 block of Coolidge Avenue around 3:45 a.m. Saturday for a report of a disturbance. When officers arrived, they met a 16-year-old girl who was reported as a runaway from Racine County.

Investigators determined the girl had been living with two men, Jason Santiago and Elvis J. Lanzo, since February. Further investigation led officers to believe the girl was a victim of human trafficking "for the purposes of labor exploitation," as police termed it. See more here...
